Vintgar and Bled
By the Vintgar entrance, six kilometres from Bled
Podhom is a village in the Gorje municipality above Bled. You walk to the gorge, drive to the lake in a few minutes, and reach Bohinj or Kranjska Gora in about half an hour.

Vintgar Gorge
1.6 km of wooden walkways above the Radovna
The path through the gorge runs one way and ends at the Šum waterfall. Allow about three hours there and back. Visitor numbers are limited, so buy your ticket for the day online. A helmet is compulsory on the walk.
