What is good to know, from enquiry to check-out

While you plan
How many of us can stay?
Up to five in each apartment: a super-king bed, a single bed and a sofa bed. Up to ten across both apartments.
How do I book?
Send us an enquiry with your dates and number of guests, or call us. We reply with the price for your dates.
Can we bring our dog?
Pets are welcome; a charge may apply. Tell us in advance what pet you are bringing.
Can we come for a stag or hen party?
No. We do not host stag, hen or similar parties.
On arrival
When can we arrive?
Between 15:00 and 21:00. Let us know in advance what time you will arrive.
Where do we park?
At the house, free of charge. You do not need to reserve a space.
How do we get the key?
Tell us your arrival time and we will arrange the key handover with you.
Are there stairs?
Yes, the upper floor is reached by stairs only; there is no lift.
In the apartment
Is there air conditioning?
Yes, both apartments have air conditioning and heating.
How fast is the Wi-Fi?
Free Wi-Fi at 10 Mbps, enough for streaming and video calls.
When are the quiet hours?
From 22:00 to 6:00.
Can we smoke inside?
No, the apartments are non-smoking.
On departure
When do we check out?
Please leave the apartment between 8:00 and 11:00.
Can we get an invoice?
Yes, we issue an invoice.
